Wilma Pearson

(Wilma) Darlene Pearson was born August 30, 1950 in Hobbs, NM to Tom and Gladys Mapp. She went to be with Jesus on October 10, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers; Tommy Mapp and Jake (JW) Mapp and one son Michael Wayne Pearson.

She is survived by her husband James Pearson and her children James Pearson, Jr. of Dear Creek, TX, Tonya Higgins and husband Donald Higgins of Hobbs, NM and Timothy Pearson of Hobbs, NM, also; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by six sisters and two brothers.

Darlene owned and operated Pats in the Pink for five years. She was a godly woman whom Jesus was the center of her life. She would minister the gospel to whoever came across her path. She loved people.
