Willis A. Prysock, 85, died Saturday Nov. 18, 2006, at his home in Hobbs, N.M. He was born April 6, 1921, in Grubbs, Ark. He married Billie Marie Prysock on July 9, 1955, in Hernando, Miss.
Mr. Prysock served the U.S. Army in the Tank Division. He had been a member of Highland Baptist Church and was custoshy;dian there for 20 years.
Survivors included his wife, Billie Prysock of the home; two sons, Keith Prysock of Hobbs, NM, and Ned Prysock of Odessa, Mich.; three daughshy;ters, Patricia Helms of Waldron, Ark., Becky Glasspoole of Hobbs, N.M., and Pennye Horn of Hobbs, N.M.; two brothers, L.D. Prysock of Lovington, N.M., and James Prysock of Exeter, Calif.; three sisters, Genieva Carter of Jonesboro, Ark., Lucy Patterson of Pea Ridge, Ark. and Betty Perez of Exeter, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Willis was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Jimmy Prysock; a granddaughter, Kristi Marie Glasspoole; two brothers, Clifford and Clifton Prysock and a sister, Minnie Prysock. The family would like to thank Nor-Lea Hospice for all their care and loving concern.
