William Massingale

Funeral services for Bill Massingale, 76, of Eunice, NM, will be held Monday, July 8, 2013, 3:00 pm, at First Baptist Church in Eunice with Pastor Ed Kirk and Pastor Billy Capps officiating. Burial will follow at Eunice Cemetery. Bill was born February 9, 1937 in San Bernardino, CA. He died July 5, 2013, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, TX. Visitation will be 2:00 pm 4:00 pm on Sunday, July 7, 2013, and on Monday, July 8, 2013 from 8:00 12:00 pm at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.

Bill was married to Peggy Jean Groves on September 8, 1955, in Vernon, TX. He was a contractor for Warren Petroleum for over 30 years, he retired in 2005. He loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy Massingale, of Eunice, NM a sister, Nancy Kirk, and husband, Rev. Ed, of Keller, TX a grandson, Charles Massingale, and wife Malisa, of Eunice, NM two granddaughters, Michelle Tafoya of Eunice, NM and Tiffany Massingale, of Eunice, NM and eight greatgrandchildren.

He is preceded in death by one son, Danny W. Massingale a brother, Paul Michael Massingale
