William Krafft, Jr.

A funeral Mass for William Bill Francis Krafft Jr. of Hobbs, New Mexico, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 27, 2009, at St. Helena Catholic Church with Father Valentine Jankowski officiating. Burial will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, January 29, at Calvary Cemetery in Tulsa. Oklahoma. Krafft, 82, died January 24, 2009, at his home in Hobbs, New Mexico. He was born November 16, 1926, in Springfield, Missouri. He married Joan Krafft on Ju ly 30, 1949, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

alignjustifyMr. Krafft enjoyed ranching, fishing and traveling. His grandchildren and family were the joys of his life.

alignjustifyHe was a member of St. Helena Catholic Church.

alignjustifySurvivors include his wife, Joan Krafft of Hobbs, New Mexico; a daughter Joan Marie Talavera and husband Steven of' Burleson, Texas; a grandson, Jeremy William Norton of Burleson, Texas: two granddaughters, Melissa Ann Car1son and Bridget Marie Norton, both of Burleson, Texas; and three brothers, Robert E. Krafft of Tulsa, Oklahoma, John Jack L. Krafft of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Joseph D. Krafft of Liberal, Kansas.

alignjustify Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William Francis Krafft, Sr. and Amy Lee Wallace Krafft, and two sisters, Elizabeth Ann Shelton and Jane Krafft.
