Tuffy Cooper

November 7, 1925 — November 16, 2013

Dale Tuffy Cooper of Monument, New Mexico passed away on November 16, 2013 at the age of 88. He was born on November 7, 1925 in Lea County, New Mexico to Alaska and Tommie Lou Cooper. He married Betty Rose Hadley on December 26, 1950 in Lovington, New Mexico.

Surviving him is his wife Betty Rose of Monument two sons, Roy Dale of Decatur, Texas, and Clay Tom, and daughterinlaw Kena Kay of Hobbs soninlaw Rip Ratliff and wife Elizabeth of Saginaw, Texas and one brother Jim, and wife Betty Baum, of Monument.

Tuffy is also survived by five grandsons Clint, and wife Amber Collin and wife Summer Clif and wife Terryn Cooper T. and Tuf. He is also survived by five greatgrandchildren, Cason, Ceattle Rose, Zelia, Camden, and Kipralee Gayle.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter, Betty Gayle Cooper Ratliff, and greatgranddaughter, Casly Faith.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 23, 2013 at
First United Methodist Church, Hobbs.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cooper Rodeo Foundation, co Tuffy Cooper, P. O. Box 457, Decatur, Texas 76234.
