Stella Taylor

Stella P. Hubble Taylor, 84, was born July 15, 1929 in Rocksprings, Texas to Everett Dee and Effie Bell Hubble. Stella passed away June 26, 2014 in Hobbs, New Mexico. Stella married Walter Everett Lucky Taylor on November 3, 1949 in Rocksprings, Texas. Stella loved traveling. She was a happy, energetic lady who loved people. Family was her joy.

Stella is survived by sons, Dwayne Taylor, wife Donna, of Hobbs, and Dale Taylor, wife Virginia, of Big Spring, Texas daughters, Sharon Taylor Williams, husband Craig, of Aztec, New Mexico, and Sherry Taylor Steadham, husband Steve, of Capitan, New Mexico sister, Fern Wipff of Rocksprings, Texas,
seven grandchildren, and fourteen greatgrandchildren.

Stella was preceded in death by husband Walter Everett Lucky Taylor, and son Dwight Taylor.

Visitation will be from 36 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Chapel of Hope. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 30, 2014, Jefferson St. Church of Christ, officiated by Minister Clay Martin. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. CST, June 30, 2014, West Andrews Cemetery, SW 14th St, Andrews, Texas, officiated by Pastor Elio Barrios.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, or to the American Heart Association.
