Rosa Taylor

January 23, 1943 — February 20, 2015

Rosa L. Taylor, 72, was born in Anadarko, OK on January 23, 1943 to Iris Rose and Arnold Lee Henry, Sr. (HAP). She went to be with them in Heaven on February 20, 2015. She was a graduate of Lovington High School. She worked at Brown's Shoe Fit for a short time and later began to carry mail as a rural carrier for the United States Postal Service where she was a contract carrier for 30 years. She moved to Hobbs, NM in 2013.

She enjoyed gardening, spending her time painting her beautiful paintings. She loved her family and being outdoors. She also enjoyed taking classes to improve her painting. She spent many hours reading which she enjoyed.

She was preceded in death by her parents Iris Rose Henry and Arnold Lee Henry, Sr. (HAP).

She is survived by her two sons Raymond Wesley Taylor and Judy Yeager of Hobbs, NM and Rusty Lee Taylor of Hobbs, NM, one sister Hope Anthony and husband Terry of Lovington, one brother Arnold Henry of Lovington. She is also survived by her grand children, Chelsea Taylor and fiancé Duston Benton and Kaiden Teague (Chelsea's son) of Odessa, TX., grandson Patrick Taylor ad wife Kendra and their son Rylee of Houston, TX, three granddaughters; Morgan Taylor of Hobbs, Haylee Taylor of Midland, TX and Rylan Taylor of Seminole, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. Rosa was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her.

A graveside services will be held at a later date.
