Roger Dale Riggins, 39, of Hobbs, passed away, Friday, September 9, 2016. He was born in Hobbs on July 8th 1977 to James and Martha Riggins.

He enjoyed working on his trucks and spending time with his son.

Survivors include his parents, James and Martha Riggins, sister; Loretta Burris and husband Dwayne, his son; James Elijah Riggins, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends.
