Robert Harrell

Mr. Harrell, 70, died Feb. 3, 2007, at Good Samaritan Village. He was born Dec. 2, 1936, in Rotan, Texas.

He lived and worked in Hobbs for 25 years, was last employed with Bull Dog Tool Inc. and loved fishing and hunting.

Survivors include two sons, Robert W Harrell Jr. and wife Rosemary of Ephrata, Penn., and Kevin Harrell of El Paso, Texas; two daughters, Janna Vanzant and husband Billy of Midland, Texas, and Brandi Newland and husband Bobby of Hobbs, N.M.; a brother, John Harrell and wife Gaynell of Roscoe, Texas; and a sister, Wanda Burnett of Fort Worth, Texas.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, John and Octavanus Harrell.

The family requests that no flowers be sent to the service in Hobbs. If one would like to send flowers, please send them to the graves- ide service in Rotan, Texas. Graveside services are under the direction of Weatherbee Funeral Home in Rotan. The phone number for the funeral home is 325 735-2255.
