Randy Thompson Elliott was a son, brother, husband, father, co-worker, friend, and a man of God. Randy passed away unexpectedly on August 1, 2024 at the age of 58 years old. He was born on December 10, 1965 to Eddie & Gloria Elliott of Lovington, NM and was the youngest of 4 siblings: Eddie Elliott, Jr., Gary Elliott, and Sherrie Myers. He is survived by his wife- Leslie Elliott, and his boys: Devin Elliott and wife Kendra Elliott and their children: Rhett Thompson Elliott and Ryleigh Jane Elliott; Duncan Elliott and Ashton Hayes; Zane Elliott and wife Joslyn Elliott and their children: Michael James Elliott, Stella James Elliott, and Gwenevere James Elliott.
Randy was the ultimate legend and always the life of wherever he was. He brought joy and laughter with him wherever he went. He loved his family fiercely and was always the first to lend a hand to help anyone no matter if he knew you or not. He loved to sing, to worship, play drums, attend church and talk. He could talk to anyone and make them feel like he had known you forever. Oneighty Youth was a passion of his for over 25 years and seeing students come to have a relationship with Jesus was important to him.
His love for the Houston Astros and Dallas Cowboys were always the top of any conversation that he had. They were his favorites and he never wavered in his loyalty and believed that every year they would "win the Super Bowl" or "win the World Series".
His grandparents, parents and brother Gary Elliott preceded him in death and were there to welcome him home.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Randy Elliott Camp Padre Scholarship Fund to help send students to Youth Camp.
