Phyllis Millsap

Phyllis Rosetta Rose Millsap was born to Owen and Gussie Clevenger on March 20, 1934 in Pattonsburg, Missouri. Mrs. Millsap, 80, passed away July 27, 2014 in Hobbs, New Mexico. Mrs. Millsap enjoyed sewing, but her main joy was her children and grandchildren. She attended church at Vista Point Baptist and Crosswinds Community Church.

Mrs. Millsap is survived by husband Lewis Millsap of Lovington, New Mexico daughters: Carol Berryman of Hobbs, Debbie Billy Sellers of Denver City, Texas, Linda Bill Burns of Ozona, Texas, and Sheila Jack Reagan of Stephenville, Texas sons: Scott Ann Lindsey of Stephenville and Charlie Darla Murphy of Leveland, Texas sister Evelyn Rodgers of Hobbs brother Robert Clevenger of Kansas grandchildren: Timmy, Melonie, Chip, Jamie, Angie, Mack, Sarah, Levi, Jenny, Mandy, Colt, and Rainie also, Cassie, Cindy, Angela, Donnie, and Stephanie and Becky, Mark, Crystal, Matt and Jeffery twentytwo great grandchildren, four greatgreat grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Rose was preceded in death by son Kirk Lindsey daughters Cathy Harris and Rhonda Henry first husband Charlie Murphy second husband James Lindsey and grandchildren Chase and Autumn Farley, Hayley Lindsey, Parker Mull, and Sean Henry and great granddaughter Gracie Morin.

Visitation will be from 56 p.m. Wednesday July 30, 2014 at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday July 31, 2014 at Chapel of Hope, officiated by Pastor Elio Barrios. Interment will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.
