Patsy Davis

A memorial service for Patsy Davis, age 29, will be held Friday, August 6, 2010, 1:00 p.m. at Harry McAdams Park Pavilion. Officiating will be Mike Kennedy, Police Chaplain. A second memorial service is planned in Amarillo at Cheryl Dewalds, 4218 S Polk, Amarillo, at 2 p.m.

Patsy was born to Jerry and Dianna Smith June 13, 1981, in Amarillo, Texas. She passed from this life July 30, 2010.

Davis graduated from Tascosa High School in Amarillo, Texas, in 2000. She has worked for the City of Hobbs for over three years. The Hobbs Community Bulletin Board and the 911 Memorial were her pride and joy. She loved being outdoors.

She is survived by her parents, Dianna and Jerry Smith of Hobbs grandparents, Patsy and Paul Durisseau of Fritch, Texas grandmother, Viola Norman of Pine River, Minnesota aunts and uncles, Carrie Bruce Smith of Progresso Lakes, Texas, and Darla and Bill Smith, Amarillo, Texas godmother and aunt, Cheryl DeWald, Amarillo, Texas, aunts, Kat Knotts, Amarillo, Texas, and Joi Martin, Pine River, Minnesota half sisters, Kelly Smith Proffitt, Amarillo, Texas, and Christy Smith Miller, Amarillo, Texas half brother and sisterinlaw, Paul Miller Cheryl Willis Miller, Tucker, Georgia uncles, Randy, Jay Brad Larson all of Pine River, Minnesota and Robby Larson of Duluth, Minnesota and godfather, Mike Shannon, Amarillo, Texas.

Patsy was preceded in death by her grandfather, William Smith and half sister Denice Miller.
