Patricia Pipal

Patricia Pat Pipal was born December 18, 1943 in Portales, NM. After a lengthy illness, she passed away in Hobbs on Sunday, August 6,2006. Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Pipal, also of Hobbs. She was a loan officer at First Interstate Bank and held numerous other management positions and responsibilities while employed at the bank for 20 years. After leaving the bank, Pat worked as an auditor for the F.D.I.C. for seven years and relocated to San Antonio and Dallas, TX, before retiring and returning to Hobbs in 2003. Pat is survived by her son, Les Manis and his wife Terri, of Flower Mound, Texas; and Kerry Manis and his wife Paula from Hobbs. In addition to her two sons, Pat is survived by four granddaughters, Danielle, Allison, Kaitlin and Samantha and two grandsons, K.T. and Kasen; and stepdaughters Pam and Peggy Pipal; Additionally she is survived by her sisters Nina Welch and Lynette Grimm; her two brothers, Ron Morgan and Denver Stanford, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Pat was loved by all and will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. - noon on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at Chapel of Hope, followed immediately by a Memorial service at the Chapel of Hope. The family requests memorials be made in Pat' s name to your favorite charity.
