Pat Easter

Pat Easter, 69, of Hobbs died Monday, November 17, 2008, at his home. A private memorial service will be scheduled.

Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.

Mr. Easter was born March 1, 1939, in Rosenberg, Texas. He married Brooksene Easter on January 24, 1980.

Mr. Easter is survived by his wife, Brooksene; three daushy;ghters, Patshy;ty Lynn Parker of Eden, Texas, Samshy;antha Alvarado and husband Elias of Hobbs and Kimberly Ryan and husband Scott of Hobbs; a son, James Wesley Sutton and wife Courtney of Dallas, Texas; his grandchilshy;dren, Johnathon Worden, Skyler Easter, Colter Worden, Jerrel Acosta, Avery Acosta, Chantell Coon, Ashley Allred, Zana Alvarado, Malana Alvarado, Donavon Alvarado, Kayla Sutton, Hayden Sutton and Presley Sutton; and his great-grandchildren, Bryan Acosta, Prairie Heflin, Lilly Heflin and Kyle Rae Worden.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Elanor Easter; a brother, Billy Jack Easter; a son, Leo James Easter; and a grandson, Charlie.

Pat served in the U.S. Navy and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
