Oscar Lee Robinson, age 80, of Hobbs, New Mexico passed away on March 21, 2016 in the company of family members. She was born February 13, 1936 in Rosebud, Texas to Green and Bert Anna Asbury. Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her husband Richard. Oscar and Richard were wed for 64 years. Ms. Robinson was a homemaker who enjoyed attending church, and visiting with her children, grand-children, and great-grandchildren.

Ms. Robinson is survived by four children Carolyn Jackson and husband Ervin of Hobbs, NM, Glenda Miller (husband David, deceased) of Kansas City, MO., Larry Robinson and his wife Ann of Uppsala, Sweden, and Richard Robinson, Jr., and his wife Anna of Las Cruces, NM.

Ms. Robinson was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings; Freddie Asbury, Roosevelt Asbury, Edna Mae Gordon, Ruby Jean Daugherty, Willie Earl Asbury. Her surviving siblings are Verlie Mae French of Albuquerque, NM, Birdell Daugherty of Abilene, TX, Haila Taylor of Waco, TX, Claude Asbury of Albuquerque, NM and Green Asbury, Jr of Portland, OR., grandchildren Brad, Bryan, Latisha, Johanna, Jonathan, Rinalldo, Sidney, (Richard III, deceased); great-grandchildren Mercedes, Sage, Sabrina, Bryanna, M'Kaila, Keegan and Maya
