Jesus took our mother Martha Louise Walker home on November 20, 2019 at her request. Louise came to Hobbs, New Mexico with her parents and aunt when she was 10 years old where she later graduated from Hobbs High School. Louise’s career consisted of secretary for First United Methodist Church, secretary/bookkeeper for the Southeastern Railroad of New Mexico and finished out her career most importantly as the best mother there ever was. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Ellen Anderson, aunt Delia Anderson, brother Frank, and wife, Hazel Anderson, grandson Clint, and wife, Allyson Hendrickson, and son-in-law Keith Berryhill. She is survived by her husband of 71 years James Lynn Walker, a son, Gerald, and wife, Dawn Walker, daughter, Glenda, and husband, Dan Hendrickson, and daughter, Karen Berryhill, 10 grandchildren: Nathan Walker, Micah, and wife, Cori Walker, Hannah Walker, Christina Haskell, Audrey, and husband, Chris Munson, John, and wife, Cassie Hendrickson, Katelyn, and husband, Josh Patton, Taylor Berryhill, and Bailey Berryhill, 10 great grandchildren; Cameron, Lauren, and Chandler Haskell, Cole, Cade, and Austin Hendrickson, Emmy and Julia Munson, Charis and Ary Walker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
