Mark J. Lillie

December 25, 2000 — February 20, 2025

Hobbs

Mark Justus Lillie, 24, of Hobbs, New Mexico, went to be with our Lord and Savior on February 20, 2025. Mark was born on December 25, 2000, to Monica Manley and Mark Lillie in Farmington, New Mexico. He was a graduate of Farmington High School in 2019.

Mark loved all things Colorado. He was an adamant Denver Broncos fan and recently found passion for hockey and the Colorado Avalanche. Mark was an avid gamer and anime fan, but most importantly a devoted father and husband. He was currently employed at Centerra in Eunice, New Mexico. In January 2024 Mark was baptized and became a member of Temple Baptist Church. In his youth, Mark enjoyed hiking, fishing, and camping. He was a sweet soul who tried to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. He had a heart as big as Texas and wore it on his sleeve. Mark would do anything to help others and very rarely complained.

Mark leaves behind his wife Jennifer and their two children, Dallas and Gracie, his mother Monica Manley and husband Scott of Flora Vista, New Mexico; Father Mark Lillie of Greeley, Colorado; his brother Robert Lillie and wife Melissa of Farmington, New Mexico, Maternal grandmother Lena Blackwell of Flora Vista, New Mexico, paternal grandparents Bob and Mary Lillie of Tuscan, Arizona, and numerous aunts, uncles and friends. Mark was preceded in death by his Papa Jim Blackwell.
