Maria Limas

 Maria Limas was born on October 1, 1958, in San Luis del Cordero, Durango. Daughter of Sixta and Cirilo Jimenez. She had 7 brothers and sisters, one of whom passed away back in 2008. She was married to Pilar Limas on August 17, 1975, and was close to celebrating their 50th anniversary. They have 4 daughter Maria Lucina Limas, Maria R Christina Limas, Fatima Limas, and Brenda Limas of the four daughters she had 3 sons who passed away. Maria had 8 grandchildren, 7 boys and 1 granddaughter. She did not get to have her sons with her, but God gave her a total of 7 boys whom she loved with all her heart and was there for them in everything. Maria was a person that everyone loved, it was like, “who did not love Maria?” She was a very spontaneous person who loved life, but most of all her family. She loved to help others every way she could. Marias hobbies where cooking and taking care of her plants and flowers. She was always out and about helping clean, cook, and anything else that got in her way. There are so many words that can describe Maria, she was like a shining star that would light any pathway and every heart with her kindness. She was very energetic. She also loved trips, dancing, and making jokes. Age was never a problem for her to have her hair done, nails, and pampering herself even through the hardest time in sickness she wanted to make sure she looked beautiful. We will always remember her with the craziest things she always did as the most loving friend, mother, wife, grandmother, and sister. Maria was with us all through everything, all the way until her last breath, surrounded by all her loved ones.
