Manuel Hernandez, Iii

alignleftManuel, Hernandez III, 13, died Dec. 13, 2006, at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. He was born June 29, 1993, in Hobbs, N.M.

Manuel attended Houston Junior High School where he was a very active student. He was involved in band, football, baseball, basketball and his goal in life was to play football for Texas Tech and the Hobbs Eagles. He was the oldest of four brothers and set an aweshy;some example for his younger brothers. He loved his family, especially his brothers. Manuel had many friends.

He attended The Door Christian Fellowship.

Survivors include his parshy;ents, Manuel II and Casey Hernandez of Hobbs, N.M.; three brothers, Ezequiel Hernandez, Diego Hernandez and Josiah Hernandez, all of Hobbs, N.M.; his grandparents, Manuel V and Esperanza Hernandez and David and Yeda Fierro, all of Hobbs, N.M.; his great-grandparents, Senon and Tina Fierro of Hobbs, N.M.; eight uncles, Daniel Enriquez, Oscar Enriquez, Javier Enriquez and Angel Hernandez, all of Hobbs, Lalo Enriquez of West Valley City, Utah, Ralph Enriquez of Fort Worth, Texas, Donovan Fierro of Hobbs, N.M:, and Pastor Brian Fierro of Lubbock, Texas; four aunts, Blanca Enriquez of Carlsbad, N.M., and Hope Acosta, Josie Enriquez and June Sparenburg, all of Hobbs, N.M.; and numerous cousins and loving friends.

He was preceded in death by his cousin, Kristal Marie Brewer.
