Lorenzo Gonzales

In the early morning of February 22, 2020 Lorenzo Gonzales was carried by angels to heaven where there are no more tears and no more pain.  Lorenzo was born in Socorro, New Mexico on November 26, 1978 to parents Lawrence and Elpidia Gonzales.  Lorenzo had a passion for cooking and also enjoyed spending time with family, especially his nieces and nephew, he was a diehard fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and the Los Angeles Lakers.  He loved watching his football and basketball games.

Lorenzo was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Dean Gonzales; his maternal grandfather, Antonio Garcia; his paternal grandparents, Melecio Gonzales and Blacita Anaya.  He is survived by his mother, Elpidia Gonzales, his brother and best friend Christopher Gonzales; his sisters, April Gonzales and Crystal Gonzales; his nieces, Alexis Wormly, Angela and Lauryn Lopez, and his only nephew Roderick Wormly all of Hobbs, and numerous other family and friends.  He will be dearly missed by all those who knew him.
