Linda J. Randall

Linda J Randall, 71, of Hobbs, NM passed away August 5th, 2024 after a fight with cancer. In her last days she was surrounded by comfort, love, and family. Linda was born on October, 28th, 1952 in Cedar Rapids, IA, the daughter of Arthur and Geraldine (Gerry) LaFrentz and the second youngest of four siblings: Tina McCormick, Pete LaFrentz, and Nancy Kirkwood. She had two sons: Todd Randall and wife Pam Randall; and Zac Randall; four grandchildren: Vaeda Randall, Brennen Randall, Josh Randall, and Haylee Randall; and five great-grandchildren.

Linda served the community for 35+ years in the healthcare system working with incredibly passionate co-workers, volunteers, friends, sisters, and brothers throughout the community. The compassion and care that is provided to those who are able to lean on you is never lost to those who receive or the families that you provide comfort and solace. Linda also had a passion for art that many will enjoy for years to come.

Her grandparents, parents, sister (Tina McCormick) and grandson (Brennen Randall, son of Zac Randall) preceded her in death were there to welcome her home.
