Mr. Brown, 52, died Dec. 10, 2006, at his home in Hobbs, N.M. He was born April 21, 1954, in Hobbs. He married Rebecca Jo Hall on July 7, 1982, in Hobbs.

Larry served during the Vietnam War in the United States Air Force. Larry had been employed with Frito Lay for five years. He was a family man who loved his wife, chilshy;dren and grandchildren very much.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca, Becky, of the home; his father, Travis Brown of Hobbs, N.M.; two daughters, Amy Simmonds of Hobbs, N.M., and. Julie Haynes and husband Billy of Fort Mojave, Ariz.; three sisshy;ters, Pam Cole and Diane Boss, both of Hobbs, N.M., and Marianne Stephens and husband Gary of Brownfield, Texas; five grandchildren; Jeremy, Jordan, Taylor, Conner and Alexandrea; three nephews and two nieces.

Larry was preceded in death by his mother, Lorraine Brown, in 2001.
