December 27, 1966 — October 5, 2015

LaNetta Ann Green-Jarrett, 48, started her journey in Hobbs, NM on December 27, 1966 and departed this earth into the arms of her loving Savior on October 05, 2015.

She was the daughter of the late Reverend, Dr. Leon Green and Jan Annetta Ream-Fagan. LaNetta married Johnny Jarrett in Hobbs, NM on October 05, 1985 and they were blessed with two wonderful children, Kristen Jarrett of Hobbs, NM and Zakery Jarrett of Houston, Texas.

LaNetta had many credits to her name and was very proud to have graduated Summa Cum Laude with her BA from the University of the Southwest in 2001. She has worked in the public for many years in different capacities and a few years ago became the Qualifying Broker and owner-operator of PMR Real Estate Management Services. She was currently a member of Energy-Plex Toastmasters, serving as Treasurer and accomplished many awards. She also devoted her time serving on the Board of Directors at Legacy Pregnancy Center and serving as Treasurer.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Reverend, Dr. Leon Green, paternal grandparents: Leroy and LaVerne Green and maternal grandparents, "Shorty" and Hazel Ream, mother-in-law, Eva Jo Wilson, nephew: Danny Ty Crinklaw and many wonderful cousins, aunts and uncles.

Others left to cherish her memory is her daughter-in-law Ebonee King and Grandson Hayden, second mother, Barbara Green, her step-father, Robert Teague, her siblings, Suzy Green, Valarie Hart, Karen Elliott, Rusty Mooney, Darrel Mooney, and Brian Hill; and a multitude of extended, loving family and friends.

A very special thank you to Mace Petty for all she has done for us and continues to do.
