Suzy Ganaway

Suzy Ganaway went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 9th at 4:15 p.m. Suzy was a loving wife, mom, Grammy and friend. Everyone that met her instantly felt the love for life that she had. She lived every moment to the absolute fullest and never passed up a chance to tell her family how much she loved them. Her grandkids were her world and she devoted her whole heart to each one of them. Suzy had a unique ability to make everyone she came in contact with feel as if they were the most important person in her life. Suzy spent 25 years of her life working in the Supermarket industry. She started at the bottom and ended up as the Front-end manager at Furrs Supermarket. One of her dreams in life was to work in real estate. So, at 52 years of age, she set out on her real estate journey. In 2021 she received her qualifying broker license and started GSI Realty Group with her son Ryan Ganaway and good family friend Justin Savell She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Suzy is survived in death by her husband of 51 years, Billy Ganaway, her oldest son Chad Ganaway and his wife Chelsea, her daughter Krista Oosthuizen and her husband Torrie, her youngest son Ryan Ganaway and her 9 grandkids, Maison, Morgan, Madison, Tanden, Maddox, Caleigh, Tristan, Luke and Liam. Her sister Kimberly Lawrence and her husband Charles, her brother Terry Holliman, her brother-in-law Floyd Ganaway and his wife Deanna and her other brother-in-law Earl Ganaway. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
