Kamie Mills

Kamela Kay Mills, 42, died Thursday, February 16, 2023 at her home in Grand Prairie, Texas. Kamie was born on May 2, 1980 in Hobbs, New Mexico.

Kamie moved from Hobbs to Texas in 2014 where she worked for a nursing home caring for the elderly and later became a beautician.  She loved caring for others, and it showed in everything she did, wherever she worked or wherever she was. She always thought of others first and never met a stranger in her life.

Kamie was preceded in death by her grandfather Charles D. Mills of Hobbs, New Mexico; her grandmother Barbara Pearce and grandfather Bill Pearce of San Angelo, Texas.

Kamie is survived by her son, Gavin Baeza and her spouse Robert Baeza of Grand Prairie, Texas; her parents Allen and Shana Mills of Hobbs, New Mexico; a grandmother Marylin Mills of Hobbs, New Mexico; a brother Chad Mills of Hobbs, New Mexico. Kamie is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is also survived by her beloved Chihuahua "Charlie"
