alignjustifyFuneral services for Johnny Wheat Robledo of Hobbs, New Mexico, will be 11 a.m. Friday, August 28, 2009, at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home with Deacon Sam Navarette officiating.

Cremation will take place. Visitation is 8 a.m. to service time Friday at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.

alignjustifyMr. Robledo, 53, died August 26, 2009, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. He was born February 12, 1956, in Seminole, Texas. Johnny was musically talented. He enjoyed baseball. Johnny loved all children and was a very kind and good hearted person.

He was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include a son, Juan O. Robledo of Hobbs; a daughter, Monic Robledo of Snowmass, Colorado; two sisters, Lorena Salazar of Hobbs, and Lupe Martinez of Hobbs; two grandchildren, Austyn J. Robledo and Abbygail J. Robledo of Hobbs; and several nieces and nephews.

alignjustifyJohnny was preceded in death by his parents, Fidel V. and Genobeba Robledo; three brothers, Fidel Robledo Jr., Frank Robledo and Martin Robledo; and a sister, Connie Cantu.
