Jimmie Birdsell

Born in Maud, Oklahoma, Jimmie Reed Birdsell passed away Thursday April 9th, at the age of 71. Born to Alvis and Lois Birdsell of Hobbs, he is survived by his brother, Andre Birdsell of Aztec, NM; Cheryl Godwin of Hobbs, NM; his son Jamie Birdsell of Wichita, KS, his daughter Heather Littau of Flagstaff, AZ; seven grandchildren and multiple nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jimmie served his country for 26 yrs in the U.S. Air Force and achieved the rank of Chief Master Sgt. He went on to work for several aerospace companies across the United States before retiring in Hobbs.
