Jack Flowers

Jack Morris Flowers, 58, was born February 17, 1957 in Hobbs, NM to Truman L and Swana F. Flowers. The family moved to Colorado soon after and Jack greatly enjoyed Colorado's creeks, rivers and mountains as a young boy. The family moved back to Hobbs when Jack was a teen and he attended Hobbs High School.

Jack worked in the oilfields of the Permian Basin for many years for various companies including Cactus Drilling, Moranco and McVay Drilling. He loved fishing, the outdoors and riding his motorcycle. Jack was a Christian and dearly loved the Lord Jesus.

Jack passed peacefully from this life on Saturday, July 4, 2015 in Lovington, NM surrounded by his family.

He is survived by his parents, Truman and Swana of Hobbs, NM, three brothers; Frank (Isabel) of Beaumont, TX, Wayne (Barbara) of Hobbs, NM and Shane of Port Neches, TX, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
