Izak Chavez Molina, was born and died November 4, 2010, at Lea Regional Hospital in Hobbs.

Izak, you will be greatly missed by your parents and brothers. We will always love you forever and ever. You were in our lives for a few minutes but left an impact for the rest of our lives. Go on my little angel and play with the other angels in heaven. One day we will be together, side by side, in heaven and will never be apart from one another. May God Bless You, little bundle of joy. We love you

He is survived by his parents, Lenin and Dorivel Chavez of Hobbs his brothers Lenin and Angel Gabriel Chavez both of Hobbs his maternal grandparents Jesus Miguel and Leonides Molina of Hobbs and Dora and Jose Suarez of Kansas City, Kansas his paternal grandparents, Jesus and Genoveva Chavez of Presidio, Texas his uncle Michael Molina of Hobbs his aunt and uncle, Erika and Jose Antonio Suarez of Kansas City, Kansas his uncle and aunt Jesus and Lizeth Chavez of Odessa, Texas his uncle and aunt, Axel and Veronica Chavez of Presidio, Texas aunt and uncle Maria Guadalupe and Juan Hernandez of North Dakota and numerous cousins.

Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 9, 2010, at Prairie Haven Memorial Park with Fr. Ruben Romero officiating and under the arrangement of Chapel of Hope.
