Helen Case

Our loving mother, Helen Case, was called home to her heavenly Father on March 21, 2012.
Helen Irene Bohannon Case was born to Arvil and Mabel Bohannon on July 30, 1924 in Pemetah Creek, Oklahoma.
Helen moved to Hobbs, New Mexico shortly after her folks moved there in the mid 1940s. She was employed by the dentist, R.B. Parish, as a dental assistant. She met her husband, Clifton Bruen Case, while working there and married him in Hobbs on April 11, 1946.
She and her husband were members of First Baptist Church in Hobbs for a number of years.
Helen moved to Kyle, Texas eight years ago to be near one of her daughters and family. She was a member of the Kyle Area Senior Zone KASZ, First Baptist Church in Kyle, and an active member in the Seniors group of First Baptist Church.
Survivors are daughters Connie Case Camacho and husband, Moises Kay Case Maberry and husband, Rob. Her five grandchildren are Glenda Zuniga David, Bo Camacho, Josh Camacho Tanya, Robert Maberry Melissa, and Becky Osterhaus. She has six greatgrandchildren: Matthew and Zachary Zuniga, Cameron, Catalina and Noah Camacho, and Gavin Maberry.
Helen is survived by two brothers: A.R. Bohannon of Midland, Texas and Marvin D. Bohannon of Santa Fe, New Mexico and two sisterinlaws, Irene Case of West Monroe, Louisiana and Gwen Hahn of Eunice, New Mexico. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home. Burial will be at Memory Gardens.
