Bill Cook, 74, died Feb. 14, 2007, at Lea Regional Medical Center. He was born March 9, 1932 in Broadwell, Ill.
Mr. Cook was a long-time resident of Springfield, Ill before retiring in New Mexico. He retired from the aviation industry after many years of service to Capitol Aviation and Airesearch Garrett Aviation in Springfield, IlL
Survivors include two sons, Kevin Cook of Hobbs, N.M., and Stephen Cook of Springfield, IlL; a daughter, Wanda Salzman of St. Louis, Mo.; a stepdaughter, Kimberly Parnell of Las Vegas, Nev.; three sisters, Ollie Towner of Texas, Marlene Ely of Lincoln, IlL, and Ruthann Ridgeway of Broadwell, Ill.; a brother-inshy;law, Richard Martinie of Springfield, Ill.; five grandshy;children; and his best friend, Temptis Bradshaw of Hobbs, N.M.
Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his parents, Harrison Cook and Eva Rainwater Cook; three brothers; three sisters; and a son, William H. Cook.
