Guillermina Elston

Memorial services for Guillermina R. Elston, 100 of Hobbs, New Mexico, formerly of El Paso, will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2012, in the chapel at KasterMaxon Funeral Home, 8817 Dyer St., El Paso, TX., officiated by . Interment will be at the Restlawn Cemetery.

Guillermina was born February 10, 1912, in Puerto Rico to Emelio and Antonia Ramirez. She died April 7, 2012, at Hobbs Health Care in Hobbs, New Mexico. She came to El Paso in 1949 and was a nurses aide at William Beaumont Army hospital for twentyfive years. Guillermina was a member of Our Lady of Assumption Church. She had lots of friends and was a wonderful mother.

Surviving Guillermina were two sons, John F. Elston, and wife Nora, of Carlsbad, NM, and Charles E. Elston, and wife Doris, of Ft. Worth, TX a daughter, Mary Osborne and husband, Larry, of Hobbs, NM seven grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
