Gloria Richards

Gloria Grace Richards was born September 13, 1929 to Dwight and Vera McHenry in Topeka, Kansas.

Mrs. Richards, 84, passed away May 21, 2014 in Hobbs, New Mexico. On June 11, 1949 Gloria married William E. Richards in Topeka, Kansas. They were members of Sandy Sams travel club. She also enjoyed quilting, and was part of the Nimble Thimbles and Quilters Club.

Mrs. Richards is survived by her three sons, Marc Richards of Sacramento, California, Michael Richards of Citrus Heights, California, and Mathew Richards of Hobbs and brother Tim McHenry.

Gloria was preceded in death by her husband William brother Dwight T. McHenry, Jr and infant daughter Sheila.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2014 at Chapel of Hope.
