Glenda Pool

Glenda Pool departed this world and joined the angels on Saturday, January 15, 2022.  She was born in Brownfield, Texas on April 3, 1946, to Elmer and Flossie Phillips. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.  Family meant everything to her, and she never failed to be there for us, no matter what. We will miss her so very much.  Glenda had a heart of gold and the soul of an Angel. She loved spending time with her family and loved ones and always made time for them.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, LB Pool from Hobbs, NM, her daughter Brenda Barr from Orlando, FL, her daughter Bonnie Cain from Lovington, NM, her daughter Loretta Hughes from Hobbs, NM and a son Chris Grimes from Hobbs, NM, 10 grandchildren, Craig Barr, Michelle Barr, Shari Cisneros, Tiffany Pierce, Tabitha Pierce, Louis Hughes, Shy Beam, Hunter Grimes, Destany Hilliard, and Cloe Hilliard, as well as 7 great-grandchildren.  She was also survived by three sisters, Jean Irwin, Judy Mullins, and Linda Stevens as well as many nieces and nephew

She was preceded in death by her father Elmer Philips, her mother Flossie Philips, her brother Jack, two sisters Dorothy and Janelle, 2 great grandsons Alfonso and Donovan and one great-granddaughter Emma.
