Gene Dees

Gene C. Dees, 63, of Hobbs died Monday, January 10, while out doing what he loved hunting with his bow. Gene will be greatly missed by his wife Pam, and his daughters, Laurie and Julie. He had two sonsinlaw, Jay and Cletus and four grandchildren, Austin, Blakeley, Cameron and Hunter. Gene had a brother, Jimmy Dees and a sister, Judy Smith McCoy and dad, Monty Smith.

Gene took tremendous pride in all his work he was a perfectionist. Everyone knew it would be done right when he worked for them.

He was a great hunter and an experienced bowman. He loved being out camping and hunting with all his friends and brother.

Cremation will take place and no memorial services are planned.
