Frances “Frankie” Fidino Ebert was born March 26, 1935 to Francis and Goldie Fidino. Frankie left us to be with Jesus on December 21, 2019.
Back in the early days, Frankie worked as a telephone operator. She married and began a career spanning 16 years as a military wife. Upon moving to Hobbs with her husband, she was a stay at home mom until her youngest was in high school. She took a job with the Hobbs Schools and worked at College Lane Elementary as a cafeteria manager for 8 years. After this, Frankie went back to being the best, most loving wife, mother, and grandmother she could be.
Frankie was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Goldie Fidino, her brother Ray and her sister Sylvia.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, George E. Ebert, her children, George Fred (Maureen), Jeffery P. ( Terrie), Gerald L., Mary J. ( Terry) and Bryn E. ( Gwen); her grandchildren, Jeremy (Lindsey), Jason, Ashton, and Noah Ebert; Jax, Sawyer, and McGwire Ebert; Benny (Yukari) and Jody Bowen; Josh, Dusty, and Shayla Ebert and 7 great- grandchildren. She is also survived by her two sisters, Jean Charvat of Ft. Collins, CO and Betty Hurt of Holtville, CA.
Frankie was a strong Christian and will be remembered as a true prayer warrior. Sweet, loving Frankie made this world a better place for all of us and will be incredibly missed by those she leaves behind.
