Florencio Zamora

Florencio Larry Zamora, Sr, 85, passed away February 26, 2014 in Hobbs, New Mexico. He was born October 27, 1928 in Austin, Texas to Refugio and Rita Cardenas Zamora.

Florencio was a hard worker and a dedicated father. He worked in the ranching and farming field. He liked taking his children out on the tractors with him. He was a member of the Apostolic Faith.

Mr. Zamora is survived by sons, Tony of Beaumont, Texas Larry, Jr. of Desert Hot Springs, California Roberto of Seagraves, Texas Jorje of Dallas, Texas Mario of Hobbs and five daughters, Rebeca of Indiana Emma of Midland, Texas Tina of Desert Hot Springs, California Lizett of Hobbs Jazmin of Hobbs mother of his children, Maria Zamora three brothers three sisters many nieces and nephews and numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren Familia de Zamora.

Mr. Zamora was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter Valeria Zamora.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 2, 2014, 15 p.m., at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held Monday, March 3, 2014, 10:00 a.m., at Asamblea Apostalica de la fe en Cristo Jesus, 1924 E. Oak St, Hobbs, officiated by Pastor Cornelio Martinez. Interment will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.
