Dorothy Roberts

Funeral services for Dorothy J. Roberts, 80, currently of Midland, TX, will be Tuesday, April 5, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at Chapel of Hope officiated by Pastor Brad Reimers. Interment will be at Prairie Haven Memorial Park after services.

Dorothy died, March 31, 2011, at Midland Memorial Hospital Hospice Unit. She was born to Grant and Lois McDaniel February 7, 1931, in Boswell, OK. She married Robert Roberts May 29, 1968, in Seminole, TX. Dorothy was a precious wife and a loving mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother. Dorothy was of the Baptist faith. She loved casinos and having a fun time. She loved being surrounded by her family as much as possible and cooking for them. Baking was one of her favorite things to do.

She is survived by her husband, Robert, of Midland, TX four daughters, Rhonda Ingram and husband Scott of Midland, Stacey Bieber of Pearland, TX, Wyletta Maes and husband Albert of Hobbs, Lezlie Burns of Mesa, AZ nine grandchildren, Alisha Acosta and husband Tim of Midland, Joni Barker and husband Dustin of Lantana, TX, Brian Thomas and wife Nichole of Denham Springs, LA, Albert Maes and wife April of Midland, Jordan Ingram of Midland, Ryan Bieber of Pearland, TX, Heather Wensel of Mesa, AZ, Amy Knight of Mesa, AZ and Sean Knight of Mesa, AZ and 13 greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Evelyn Wheeler, and soninlaw, Chris Bieber.
