Doris Lake

Graveside services for Doris Ann Lake will be 9 a.m. Friday, June 29, 2012, at Prairie Haven Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 6 p.m. Thursday, June 28, at Chapel of Hope. Doris died June 26, 2012, in Hobbs. She was born October 12, 1936, in Wichita Falls, TX, to Waco and Dean Buck. She married Lyle Lake September 5, 1966, in Lovington, NM.

Doris loved her life and her family. She enjoyed art, painting and fishing.

Surviving Doris is her husband, Lyle of Hobbs a daughter, Leslie Lake of Hobbs a sister, Jean Miller, and husband Bill, of Yucaipa, CA nephews, Ricky Dean Hudgins, and wife Joyce, of Joplin, MO, and Michael Lee Hudgins, and wife Emily, of Escondido, CA and a niece, Stacy Krasinski of Santa Ana, CA.

Lyle requests that everyone dress casually for the service.
