J. Dianne Scott, 66, of Hobbs, New Mexico, passed away on January 17, 2014. Dianne was born September 1, 1947 to Willie Buzz and Lois Watson in DeWitt, Arkansas. On February 26, 1972 Dianne married Raul Rags Scott in Hobbs, New Mexico.

Dianne enjoyed nursing and being a Mimi. She enjoyed her dogs, too. She especially loved being with her family. She had been employed previously at Lea Regional Hospital.

Dianne is survived by son Cody Scott, Midland, Texas son Casey Scott, Hobbs grandson Jaise Scott, Elgin, Texas granddaughter Ciara Scott, Hobbs grandson Jaiden Garcia, Hobbs brother Billy Watson wife, Marilyn, Palestine, Texas and brotherinlaw Joe Scott wife, Rose of Hobbs.

Dianne was preceded in death by her husband Raul Rags Scott in 2012 her father Willie Buzz Watson mother Lois Watson and brother Jerry Watson.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home, officiating will be Eli Lara and Gary Box. Interment will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.
