Dennis Mcclanahan

Dennis Lee McClanahan, 65, was born June 11, 1951 in Guymon, OK to Davie and Betty McClanahan. He passed away in Hobbs on December 17, 2016.

Dennis married Deborah (Maiville) McClanahan on September 22, 1972. They were married for 44 years. He worked for the Hobbs Gas Company for 6 years and retired from the City of Hobbs after 33 years of service. Dennis attended chooselife Church in Hobbs.

He leaves behind his wife, Deborah; his children, Christopher McClanahan and wife Rebecca McClanahan of Austin, TX, and Heather McClanahan of Hobbs; granddaughter, Katheryn McClanahan of Austin, TX; and his grand-puppy Rae; sisters, Lola Bell of Roswell, NM and Barbara Pritchard of Las Cruces, NM. He was preceded in death by his parents and Chris M. Pyle.
