David A. Davis

David Aaron Davis, 41, of Hobbs, NM, returned home on December 10, 2024. He was born on April 15, 1983, to his loving parents, Raymond W. Davis, Jr. (dec.) and Donice A. Davis. David grew up in Hobbs with his four siblings, Dennis Call (Katie), Matthew Call, Dayle Austin (Ryan), and Brian Davis (Heather). David graduated from Hobbs High School in 2001 and joined the United States Marine Corps in 2002. He married the love of his life, Kimberly, in 2003, and they were stationed at MCAB Cherry Point, NC. David proudly served in Operation Iraqi Freedom before being honorably discharged. In 2012, David became the World’s Best Daddy to his beautiful daughter Klara, who was his pride and joy. He completed two Master’s Degrees in 2019 and began a career at Divine Energy Services. David loved nothing more than spending time with his girls, family, and his many treasured friends. His loving, outgoing, magnetic character will be fiercely missed by all who knew him. Please wear vibrant colors, no black. There will be a celebration at The Venue in Hobbs, New Mexico.
