David Cowan

David Cowan, 54, was born to Earl and Jan Cowan in Montgomery, AL on February 17, 1960. He passed away in Eunice, NM on November 14.

David served his country in the U.S. Army and served his community in law enforcement with the Concordia Parish, Sheriffs Department in Louisiana and the Lea County Sheriffs Department.

He is survived by his wife Melinda of the home and his sons Zach Cowan and wife Morgan of Eunice and Ben Cowan and wife Jennie of Hobbs his parents Earl and Jan Cowan of Chandler, Texas sister Pam Beevers and Husband Johnny of Melrose, NM two nieces Janna Solis and family of Bentonville, AR and Jodi Meeks and family of Farwell, TX and one grandchild that is on the way. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
