Daniel Ellison

Funeral services for Daniel Lee Ellison of Hobbs will be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 2010, at Taylor Street Church of Christ.
Minister Mike Kennedy will officiate. Burial will follow after services at Prairie Haven Cemetery.
Visitation will take place Friday, 8 a.m. 7 p.m., with the family in attendance from 57 p.m., and Saturday 8 a.m. noon at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.
Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of Hope.
Ellison, 17, died April 5, 2010, at Lea Regional Medical Center. He was born March 5, 1993, in Hobbs.
Daniel was an active lifeguard. He enjoyed playing on his computer and especially spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his parents Johnny and Christina Rangel of Hobbs three sisters, Ashley Abney, Amanda Abney, and Alicia Rangel grandparents Ron and Janet Ellison grandparents, Juan and Lucy Rangel four uncles, Jamie Richardson, Ronnie Ellison, Will Ellison and Freddy Rangel, all the above are from Hobbs numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, loved ones and many friends.
Daniel was preceded in death by his greatgrandmother, both maternal grandparents and his father, Danny Ellison.
