Corey Cruce

Corey Scott Cruce was born on August 13th, 1975 in Alamogordo, NM, and passed away peacefully on December 17th, 2018.
Corey attended Southern Heights Elementary, Heizer Jr High, and Hobbs High School. He graduated with the Class of 1993. He went on to work at Cobra Well Service, Watson Truck & Supply, and finally Forklift Enterprises.
In May of 1996, Corey met the love of his life, Susan Brandon. They were married on May 17th, 1997. Together they had 2 children and a good life.
He is survived by his wife of the home, a daughter Addison Cruce of the home, a son Brandon Cruce of Portales, a sister Annette (Joe) Ellis of Lubbock, aunt & uncle Ronnie & Irene Cruce of Hobbs, and Levon & Jody Cruce of Voss, TX: numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Corey is preceded in death by his parents Clarence & Judy Cruce & his granny Addis Cruce.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 29th at 2pm at Crosswinds Community Church, the family would like everyone to wear black and gold in honor of Corey, who was a true Hobbs Eagle fan, there will be a time of fellowship over coffee, tea, & cookies after the service.
