alignjustifyCharlotte, 67, died June 15, 2009, at her home in Salem, Arkansas. She was born May 20, 1942, in Durant, Oklahoma.
alignjustifyCharlotte's parents were pioneers of Old Hobbs. Charlotte was the co-owner, with her husband, James A. Rodgers, of Musslewhite Trucking Company in Hobbs, for over 30 years.
alignjustifySurvivors include former husband and caregiver, James A. Rodgers of Salem, Arkansas; a son, Eugene R. Rodgers of Newville, Pennsylvania; a daughter, Mary L. Hedrick of Hobbs; three brothers, Donald Newcomb, Kim Newcomb and Ronald Newcomb, all of Hobbs; a sister, Dianna Perry of Hobbs; seven grandchildren; and seven great- grandchildren.
alignjustifyCharlotte was preceded in death by a daughter, Jamie Lynn Witulski, and two grandchildren, Kamron K. Witulski and Amber Stewart.
