Charles Curry

A memorial service for Charles Chuck Curry, 50, of Hobbs will be 5 p.m. Monday, April 2, 2012. The Celebration of Life Barbeque and Pot Luck Dinner will be at 200 W. Burgess. Cremation will take place.

Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.

Curry, 50, died Thursday, March 29, 2012, in Brownfield, TX. He was born
September 14, 1961, in Hobbs. He married Mary Curry on July 25, 1997, in Lovington.

Chuck had worked for DCP Midstream for 27 years. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed pulling pranks on family and friends. His hobbies were hunting and fishing. Chuck loved children. His memorial service is a celebration. The meat for the meal will be provided but side dishes would be greatly appreciated.

Survivors include his mother, Dorothea Curry of Kerrville, TX wife, Mary Curry of Hobbs son, Allen Curry of Dalhart, TX brothers, Ron Curry of Iceland and Mark Curry of Hobbs sisters, Sherri Curry of Spicewood, TX, and Kristi Curry of Austin, TX.

Chuck was preceded in death by his dad, Raynor Curry and a brother, Steve Curry.

Service
