Charles Allen

Charles M. Allen, went to be with his heavenly family on September 5, 2018 in Midland, TX. He was born in Andrews, TX on February 23, 1941 to Minnie Opal Bilberry and Frank Eugene Allen.

He lived in Hobbs, Andrews and Florida throughout his lifetime, before residing in Midland. He served in the US Army as a paratrooper from 1959 until 1962. Charles worked for NASA in Florida as an engineering clerk, before returning to Hobbs and working in the oil industry as a foreman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Brenda Allen, three brothers Elvin Allen, Melvin Allen and Bill Bilberry, two sisters, Edna Maness and Ellen Borden.

He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
