Carlton L. White, 88, was born in Dublin, TX to Sam and Euni White on January 7, 1927. He passed away January 20, 2015 in Hobbs.
Carlton broke horses as a young man. He served in the US Army during World War ll. He worked in the oil patch as a driller for over 50 years. Carlton was a Dallas Cowboys fan and liked to play dominos. He loved his family.
He is survived by his sons Bobby White (Heddy) of Canada and Del White (Sandy) of Hobbs, daughters, Sandy Bass of Hobbs, Peggy Schlifflett (Bill) of Stanton, TX, Carolyn Cox of Hobbs and Virginia Boone of Las Vegas, Nevada, two brothers; Belvin White of Hobbs, NM and Tommy White of Boston, MA and one sister, Betty Jo Peterson of Las Vegas, NV.
He was preceded in death by his wife Navada White, brother, Max White, two granddaughters; Joyce Fay Self and Candy Boone and his son Glendl Cox.
