Carlos Estrada

Carlos Estrada, 82, of Hobbs, NM, passed from this life April 23, 2013, in Hobbs. He was born February 27, 1931, in Gomes Farias Chihuahua, Mexico, to Perfecta Estrada. He was a farmer by profession.

He is survived by seven sons, Humberto Estrada of Mexico City, Armando Estrada of Mexico City, Rodolfo Estrada of Hobbs, NM, Ubaldo Estrada of Gomes Farias Chihuahua, Fernando Estrada of Mexico City, Carlos Estrada of Phoenix, AZ, and Jesus Javier Estrada of Hobbs, NM one daughter, Aracely Estrada of Mexico City one brother, Manuel Jurado of Chihuahua City, thirty grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren.

He is preceded in death by a son, Martin Jaime Estrada, a brother, Socorro Estrada and his mother Perfecta Estrada.

Funeral Mass has been set for Wednesday, April 24, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at St. Helenas Catholic Church. Rosary was held Tuesday, April 23, 2013, 6:00 p.m. at Chapel of Hope. Interment will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park.
